Costso is the largest membership warehouse club chain in the world, with over 500 locations. This Costco location in Brooklyn isn't any different than the others -- it's got a steel entrance, no windows, and clothes that would make Victoria Beckham cringe. Oh, yeah, and lots of food.

| The Dust Bin
This quaint little shop is shaped like a giant pie - no, wait. Wrong fandom. Anyway, the Dust Bin is kind of one of those shops you'd never notice unless you were looking for it. The little neon sign - the sole advertisement of its existence other than the yellow pages - is only half on most of the time, so it just says, "Bin." Dilapidated and dusty, the charming little shop has probably seen better days aesthetically, but there's still no comparison; if you're looking for something old and obscure, you're more likely to find it here than anywhere else in the city. And if you are looking for something, ask for Whitney. Ferris is probably too busy spending quality time with the books to care that you're there.

| The Thirsty Whale
This small bar in Midtown Manhattan is one of the few that still retains it's "homey" feel - it's still owned by the same couple who opened it. In the corner there's even a karaoke stage for those who have too much to drink and feel the need to showcase their [lack of] talents to the undeserving public.
